My name is Lindsey, and Zen Where You Are was created from a deep belief that healing doesn’t require perfection—it begins right where you are. In the pauses, the discomfort, the transitions, and the everyday moments that shape our lives.

Personalized Approach

My approach is slow, intentional, and compassionate. I believe the body holds wisdom, and when we create a safe, supportive space, it knows how to move toward balance. Whether through massage, AcuDetox, or mindful presence, my goal is to help you reconnect with yourself—without pressure, judgment, or urgency.

Specialized Training

I attended the New Hampshire Institute of Therapeutic Arts (NHITA) in 2023, where I trained in massage therapy with a strong focus on mindful, client-centered care. My education emphasized not only the physical body, but the nervous system, emotional wellbeing, and the powerful connection between mind and body.

In 2025, I became a Certified Acudetox Auricular Acupuncturist, trained in the NADA 5-point protocol. Acudetox is a gentle, trauma-informed practice that supports stress reduction, emotional balance, mental clarity, and overall resilience. This work has deepened my commitment to offering accessible, grounding support for individuals and communities navigating stress, change, and recovery.
