



What do I do to prepare for my first session?
For first-time massage sessions, please fill out the health history intake form to the best of your ability. A link is emailed with your appointment confirmation and reminder.
For Acudetox sessions, please review the Acudetox page before your appointment. We will also take a few minutes at the beginning of your session to go over information, answer questions, and complete consent if it is your first visit.
What if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours notice whenever possible. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a 50% session fee at the therapist’s discretion. Missed appointments without notice may be charged the full session fee.

What should I wear to my session?
Wear whatever feels comfortable. For massage sessions, loose comfortable clothing is fine before and after your appointment; during the session you will undress to your comfort level and remain properly draped the entire time.
For Acudetox sessions, comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and settle in is ideal. Your comfort and sense of safety are always part of the session.
Should I eat before my appointment?
Yes. A light meal or snack before your session is a good idea, especially before Acudetox. Arriving overly hungry can make it harder for your body to fully relax.
Please hydrate before and after your session, and avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment.
What can I expect during my appointment?
We will do a quick check-in, discuss any changes to your health history, and go over the treatment plan so you feel comfortable before we begin.
The office includes a heated table with memory foam support, soft linens, low lighting, white noise, relaxing music, and optional aromatherapy. If you prefer your own music, audiobook, or playlist, you are welcome to ask.
How can I book a session?
Use online booking to view current openings or request a session time. Availability changes week to week and appointments are required.
