Gather & Ground is a community Acudetox clinic offering a gentle space to settle your nervous system, release stress, and reconnect with yourself.
Held in the welcoming Hearth Magick community room, this clinic uses the NADA 5-Point Ear Acupuncture Protocol, a calming and supportive practice known to help reduce stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional tension. Treatments take place in a shared, quiet space where community care and individual rest coexist. Zero gravity chairs and comfortable seating available.
🕯 Event Time: 2:00–5:00 PM
🕊 Arrival: Come anytime between 2:00 and 5:00 PM, I will be taking clients right up until 5:00 to start their session, Hearth Magick closes at 6:00pm.
⏳ Treatment Length: Approximately 25 minutes of needled time, so please allow yourself a few minutes before your session starts to get comfortable & ask any questions. Afterwards you are welcome to stay and enjoy the community space before going about your day.

This is a community clinic and safe space, and participants are welcome to arrive as they are.
Online Pre-registration is encouraged to help ensure availability, though walk-ins are always welcome as space allows.
No prior acupuncture experience is needed. Just bring yourself, and a willingness to pause.

Nervous about needles? You’re not alone! Acupuncture needles are hair thin and nothing like the one’s immunizations are given with. We can take our time with insertion & I will have you doing a breathing exercise during to help with nervousness. The first spot I needle is to activate the sympathetic nervous system & most participants instantly feel at ease. If you change your mind, we can use acupressure in the form of small metal beads on medical grade tape to apply pressure to stimulate the same effects as the needle.
