Sacred Stillness – Sat 3/21 6-7:15pm – New Boston, NH

Join us at Mystic Market for an evening of deep grounding, energetic balance, and rest. Sacred Stillness is a guided experience designed to help you soften out of the noise of daily life and return to your natural state of alignment.

The evening begins with a guided chakra alignment meditation, gently moving awareness through the body’s energy centers to support balance, clarity, and calm. This is followed by a restorative sound bath, where soothing frequencies and vibrations encourage the nervous system to relax and the body to recalibrate.

Participants are invited to rest, receive, and simply be—with optional ear-based wellness offerings available to support the experience.

You may choose one of the following, or opt out entirely and enjoy the meditation and sound bath on their own:

Ear Seeding (Auriculotherapy)

Ear seeding uses small crystal or plant seeds placed on specific points of the ear—each point a mirror of the body’s energy map. As gentle pressure stimulates these meridians, the body begins to harmonize from within. Ear seeds remain in place after the event, offering continued subtle support.

Auricular Acupuncture (Acudetox / NADA 5NP Protocol)

We also offer auricular (ear) acupuncture using small, sterile needles following the NADA 5NP protocol, commonly known as Acudetox. This protocol is used worldwide and has numerous possible benefits, including supporting balance within the body and reducing anxiety.

This experience is suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Come as you are, leave feeling grounded, centered, and held in stillness.

Please arrive a few minutes early to get comfortable. Once the session begins, the doors will be locked to protect the energetic flow of the experience. Thank you for honoring this boundary and the sacred space we create together. No cell phones are allowed in the sacred space.
