At Zen Where You Are, massage therapy is never one-size-fits-all.
Each session is thoughtfully customized to support your individual needs, goals, and what your body is asking for in the moment.
Before we begin, we take time to check in—because your lived experience, stress levels, and physical patterns matter. I will have already reviewed your completed health history, so we will discuss the treatment and give you the opportunity to ask questions & make requests.
Treatments may weave together Swedish massage to encourage relaxation & circulation, neuromuscular & deep tissue techniques to address chronic tension, holding patterns & focused nervous system support to help the body release and reset.
Sessions may also include gentle lymphatic work on the limbs & face, restorative scalp massage, and supportive comfort elements such as aromatherapy with Essence Rings, a one-time use heated chamomile eye mask, soft linens, weighted chest blanket & a heated table to help the body feel safe, warm, & deeply at ease.
Hot stones & Acudetox acupuncture can be added to your massage session by choosing the option when scheduling.

Swedish

Neuromuscular
Neuromuscular Therapy is a focused, corrective style of massage that targets trigger points—small, tight areas of muscle that can create pain, tension, and nerve irritation throughout the body.
